BLANCHE LEONA PEARL ADAMS (nee Wrolen), passed away on December 3, 2023 at the age of 90 years, 10 months and 19 days in St. Louis, Missouri.  She was born on January 14, 1933, in Willisville, Illinois.  Blanche was a strong, stubborn, and loving individual with a wonderful sense of humor and the attitude of a 16-year-old.

Blanche is survived by her children, Loren (Eugene) Adams, Shane Adams, Shane Adams and his spouse Cheryl, Erletha Adams, Rhonda Adams, Joyce Dietrich and her spouse Tom, Daffanee Vogt, and her spouse Ron, Dawn Adams, and Laura Seto.  She was a cherished grandmother to Micah Adams, Wendy, Wendell Jr., Melody, Sean, Logan, Leah, Angel, Steven, Cody, Olivia, Kaleena, Gabriele, Blake, Elan, Tyler, Lydia, Aymie, and Kai.  Blanche also leaves behind many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and her good friend Joan Pacone.  Her Loving companion, Pepper, will miss her dearly.

Blanche had a special bond with her grandson Micah.  They were best friends and inseparable.  She loved spending time with him, watching him perform his karate, and even learning some moves from him.  Their bond was remarkable.

A funeral service to honor Blanche’s life will be held at Bell Funeral Home, located at 709 W. Union Street, Pacific, Missouri, on Friday, December 8, 2023 from 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M.

In this time of grief, we remember Blanche’s parents, Elizabeth and Robert Wrolen, her brother Bill Wrolen, her son Wendell Adams, and her granddaughter Alisha Stitzel, who preceded her in death.

The compassionate staff at Bell Funeral Home in Pacific, Missouri is assisting the family with the arrangements for Blanche’s final journey.
