CAROL LEAH WHEELER (nee Riddle), of Labadie, Missouri, passed away peacefully May 18, 2026 at the age of 73 years, 9 months, and 11 days. Mrs. Wheeler was born August 7, 1952 in St. Louis City, Missouri to Clyde and Wilma (nee Sanders) Riddle. She was preceded in death by both her parents; and her brother Wayne Riddle.
Carol is survived by her husband, Michael Wheeler Sr., of Labadie, Missouri; her son Michael Wheeler Jr. and wife Shawn (nee Heatherly), of St. Louis, Missouri, and her daughter, Michelle Borgmeyer and husband Wayne, of Wentzville, Missouri; her four grandchildren, Ashley, Jack, Peyton, and Meghan; her great-granddaughter, Aubrey; and her sister, Shirley Voss of High Ridge, Missouri.
Carol grew up in Maryland Heights, Missouri, graduated from Pattonville High School, and was a very strong Christian.
Visitation for Mrs. Wheeler is Saturday, May, 23, 2026 from 11:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. at the First Baptist Church of Gray Summit, Gray Summit, Missouri. A Celebration of Life will follow the visitation at the church at 12:00 P.M. with Pastor Tommy Schmitt officiating. Interment is in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, Jefferson Barracks, Missouri.
The Wheeler family was served by Bell Funeral Home, Pacific, Missouri.
