CHARLOTTE IRENE “PENNY” MORGAN (nee Blake), passed away April 26, 2026 at the age of 84 years, 6 months, and 17 days.  Mrs. Morgan was born October 9, 1941 in Long Beach, California to Victor and Gladys (nee Zimmerman) Blake.  She was united in marriage to Michael T. Morgan on June 14, 1969 in Clayton, Missouri.  She was preceded in death by both her parents; her husband Mike, her brother Victor Blake; and a granddaughter, Melissa Haley.

Penny is survived by her children, Vicki and Glenn Davis, Lake St. Louis, Missouri, Ken Haley, Tucson, Arizona, Pat Haley, St. Louis, Missouri and Michele and Rodney Ehlts, Labadie, Missouri; her grandchildren, Andy and Lindsay Arnette, Warrenton, Missouri (Hayden, Hollyn, Hartlyn, and Holton), Adam and Abby Arnette, Boonville, Missouri, (Adeline, Beckham, Brantley, and Aspen), Blake and Alex Arnette, Wentzville, Missouri, (Maddox, Bennet, and Lawson), Matthew and Mayra Haley, Tucson, Arizona (Freya and Luka), Mason Haley, Kansas City, Missouri, Jimmy and Nickey Haley, O’Fallon, Missouri (Nina, Jack, Mila, Dominic “Nico”), Branden Ehlts, and Justen Ehlts; other relatives, and many friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held, Sunday, May 31, 2026 from 1:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. at the Pacific Eagles Hall.
