Earl Eugene Manley, age 86, passed away on Friday, March 21, 2025. A Celebration Of Life will be held April 19, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Pacific Eagles Small Hall, 707 W Congress St, Pacific, MO 63069. Earl was born on April 26, 1938 in Glencoe, MO. Earl married Sylvia Simpson on October 7, 1955 and together raised four children. Earl was an Operating Engineer with Local 513 for nearly 55 years. Earl is survived by his wife Sylvia of 69 years; four children: Wayne Manley, Diana (Mike) Manhart, Cynthia (Edward) Stroeher, Darlene Asel and many Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, and Great-Great-Grandchildren. Earl was preceded in death by his mother, Evelyn Manley, his father, Albert Manley, and his son in law, Jeffrey Asel.
