ERNA LILLIAN OFFARD (nee Kanitz) of Pacific, Missouri passed away February 8, 2018 at the age of 97. Mrs. Offard was born October 30, 1920 in St. Louis, Missouri to Ernest and Rose (nee ) Kanitz.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Offard was preceded in death by her husband, George Offard, one grandson, Joseph Finger and two great grandsons Brandon Sohn and Mark Christopher.

Mrs. Offard is survived by one daughter, Patricia Finger, One son, Albert and wife Diane Finger, two grandchildren, Kelley Christopher and Shantelle and husband Phil Overschmidt, 4 great grandchildren, Ashley and husband Chance Hermann, Jessica Overschmidt, Laurie Christopher, Daniel Christopher, seven great-great grandchildren, Tyler Griffen, Chandler Griffen, Kaitlyn Griffen, Braydon McKenzie, Triston Finger, Micah Finger and Bella Christopher.

Erna was very patriotic and was a member of the St. Clair VFW Ladies Auxillary since 1964, the Pacific Eagles for over 50 years and the Pacific American Legion for over 50 years and was employed there for over 20 years.

Visitation for Mrs. Offard is Wednesday, February 14, 2018 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Bell Funeral Home, Pacific. Funeral services are Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Interment is in Pacific City Cemetery. There will be a dinner immediately following the committal service at the Pacific American Legion Hall.
