ERNEST GALE SHAFFERKOETTER, of Villa Ridge, Missouri, passed away October 4, 2025 at the age of 70 years, 4 months, and 9 days.  Mr. Shafferkoetter was born May 25, 1955 in Washington, Missouri to Kenneth “Kenny – Shorty” and Billie (nee Whitaker) Shafferkoetter.  He was preceded in death by both his parents; and his sister, Dinah Leber.

Mr. Shafferkoetter is survived by his niece, Dawn and husband Ken Frankenberg; his brother-in-law Harold Leber; his great-niece, Emily and husband Jacob Weber; Great-nephew, Kyle and wife Abbigail Frankenberg; great-great-niece, Eleanor Frankenberg; Aunt Connie Cowsert; many other relatives and friends.

Mr. Shafferkoetter was a mechanical engineer and long time employee of Clemco in Washington, Missouri.  He enjoyed fishing.

Visitation for Mr. Shafferkoetter is Monday, October 13, 2025 for 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at Bell Funeral Home, Pacific, Missouri.  Funeral Services are Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home.  Interment is in Sunset Memorial Cemetery, Pacific, Missouri.
