JOEL WAYNE MAXWELL, of Pacific, Missouri, passed away January 25, 2025 at the age of 75 years, 2 months, and 12 days.  Mr. Maxwell was born November 13, 1949 in Mark Tree, Arkansas to Weldon and Alma (nee Covington) Maxwell.  He was united in marriage to Mary Smith on October 28, 1972 in Allenton, Missouri.  Mr. Maxwell was preceded in death by both his parents; two brothers, Johnny, Roger Dale; two sisters, Michele and Brenda Lee.

Mr. Maxwell is survived by his wife, Mary; his sons, Justin Wayne Maxwell (Heather Warmbrodt) and Nicholas Elliot Maxwell; his siblings, Weldon Jr., Patricia, Jerry, and Patsy; four grandchildren, Zayden, Shane, Hayden, and Harper; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.

Joel proudly served his country in the United States Army.  He was a member of the V.F.W., and a lifetime memer of HOG (Harley Owner's Group).  He loved to drive, ride his bike, be outside on the road.  Children's laughter was his favorite sound, but his greatest joy was spending time with his grandkids.

Visitation for Mr. Maxwell is Friday, January 31, 2025 from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. at Bell Funeral Home, Pacific, Missouri.  Funeral services will follow the visitation at the funeral home at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Tommy Schmidt officiating.
