Marshall Dennis Cramer, 81, of Pacific, Missouri (previous long-time resident of New Lenox, Illinois until 2005), passed away peacefully on May 26, 2026. He was born on November 12, 1944, to Dale and Deloris Cramer, who preceded him in death.
Marshall dedicated 35 years of service to Caterpillar of Joliet, Illinois before retiring. He was a hardworking man who deeply valued family, faith, and fellowship. He shared nearly 59 loving years of marriage with his beloved wife, Kathleen Ruth Cramer.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Ronald Cramer and Roger Cramer; and his son, Jody Cramer.
Marshall is survived by his wife, Kathleen Ruth Cramer; his children, Tammy Cramer and Melissa Dedert; his brother, Randall Cramer; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, all of whom brought him tremendous joy and pride.
Marshall will be remembered for his warm sense of humor, funny one-liners, and the silly dances that could always make others smile. He loved playing the dice game Guts as well as cards with family and friends, whistling tunes, and singing along to his favorite songs.
Above all, Marshall had a strong Christian faith and cherished his church family at The Rock NT Church of Union, Missouri and the fellowship they shared together.
His kindness, laughter, faith, and love for family will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew him.
