He also leaves behind his father Rick Maple, stepmother Janice Maple, and his mother Margaret Mitchell, along with many other cherished family members and friends.
He is preceded in death by his sister Melissa Mitchell and his stepfather Allen Mitchell.
Randy was a proud dad and “Papa” who found his greatest joy in his family, especially his grandchildren. If you ever had a conversation with him, chances are the first thing he'd talk about was how proud he was of his boys and when he did, his whole face would light up. That unmistakable glow of pride and love was something you never forgot.
He loved the outdoors whether it was hunting or taking his boat out on the river. And if he could choose a vacation, it was anywhere with a beach. Randy had a big heart, a deep love for his people, and he’ll always hold a special place in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
As a husband, Randy was the kind of man who always opened doors, pitched in with housework, and made dinner with love. His quiet acts of kindness spoke volumes about the man he was and the deep respect and devotion he had for his family.
A Celebration of Life will be held in his honor on April 27th from 1 PM to 5 PM at the Pacific Eagles, located at 707 W Congress St., Pacific, MO 63069.
Randy will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
