RHEA (CINDY) NOBLE (nee Ruble), Pacific, passed away February 9, 2018 at the age of 70. Mrs. Noble was born August 17, 1947 in Wewoka, OK to Max and Rhea (nee Hill) Ruble. She was preceded in death by both of her parents.

Cindy was married to Curtis Noble on December 30, 1983. In addition to her husband, Curt, she is survived by one daughter, Jennifer and husband Anthony Gurrant, Leslie and two grandchildren, Kyle Gurrant and Cole Gurrant.

Cindy was retired from Chrysler Corporation where she had worked for 28 years.

Visitation for Mrs. Noble is Friday, February 16, 2018 from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at Bell Funeral Home, Pacific. A 7:00 P.M. memorial service will follow the visitation.
