SEAN I. HOFFMAN, of O'Fallon, Illinois,passed away June 11, 1973 at the age of 7 months and  21 days.  Baby Hoffman was born October 21, 1972 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to Irvin C. "Clay" and Susan K.E. (nee Prichett) Hoffman.

Sean is survived by both his parents; his grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Allen M. Pritchett Jr., and Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Hoffman; great-grandparents; uncles; aunts; cousins; and other relatives.

Baby Hoffman will lie in state at Bell Funeral Home, Pacific, Missouri, Friday, June 13, 1973.  Rosary service at 8:00 P.M.  Funeral Mass, Saturday, June 14, 1973, 10:00 A.M. at St. Bridget Catholic Church, Pacific, Missouri.  Interment in St. Bridget Catholic Church Cemetery.
