WILLIAM ALBERT HARLOW, 06-20-1938 – 05-04-2021. Died peacefully at home. William always had a smile on his face and a joke on his lips. The legacy of his kind spirit, passion for sports and his zest for life will live on forever thru family and friends.

Lovingly remembered by his wife and best friend of many years, LaVerne.
